You'll receive a mixture of in-app, mobile device and email activity notifications for all major events by default.
By editing your notification settings, you're able to take control of the type of notifications you receive, and where they get sent.
Locating your Settings
To find your Notification Settings, first ensure you are logged in and then click the hamburger menu (top left), select My Account and then Notifications. The Notifications that are available to you will then be displayed.
Changing your Settings
You can choose to turn one or all of the Notification types on or off. The choice for each type of Notification is yours. They are:
Bell icon means that the type of notifications will be shown in-app.
Phone icon means that the type of notifications will be sent to your mobile phone.
Envelope icon means that the type of notifications will be sent to your email.
Note: If the icon is Blue then this option is turned on. If it is Grey then it is turned off.
Saving your Settings
Ensure that you click Save Changes located below the panel once you’re happy with the settings you've chosen – otherwise they may not be saved.
